Sound Snooper is a simple program with which you can record any type of sound via the PC. You can choose between recording from just one source, or start the process with multiple sound cards (only when more than one is installed). It supports the usual audio formats, like WAVE, MP3 and DSP among others.
One of the most interesting things about Sound Snooper is that there are no start and stop buttons for recording. That`s because Sound Snooper detects when the volume starts and stops, so it can maximize the amount of space available for a recording.
Although Sound Snooper is mainly designed for normal recordings, you can use it in "spy" mode, so it works in the background without anyone realizing. This is useful when you suspect someone could be using your PC without your permission, or just to listen in on others` conversations.
